We're Chefs Anne-Marie and Matt Wilkerson — a husband and wife culinary team based in Logan, Utah.
Anne-Marie brings a lifelong passion for baking and artisan craft rooted in her upbringing in Romania, where cooking and making things by hand were simply part of daily life. Matt spent 25+ years in professional kitchens across Louisiana, Oregon, and Utah — trained in New Orleans, and now teaching culinary arts at Bridgerland Technical College.
Together we lead weekend culinary classes at BTECH, run off-site catering and private chef experiences, and make artisan baked goods and handmade ceramic pottery — all guided by the same belief: food and craft made with genuine intention are always worth it.
